Grants
The Eastside Area Community Foundation offers grants to
organizations within the DeKalb Eastern School District.
Clubs, classes and groups sanctioned by DeKalb Eastern School District
must complete and submit the 2024 Grant Application - School.
All other applicants should complete and submit the 2024 Grant Application.
Grant applications will be accepted through December 31, 2024. A member of the requesting organization may be invited to attend a Board Meeting to present the request and answer questions raised by Board members.
Awards will be announced following the Grant Committee’s decisions.

2023
Butler Youth Evangelistic Association, Inc
The Filling Station was awarded $5,000 for program expenses. The Filling Station program's goal is to address the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of young people by providing a facility for recreation, fellowship, fun and moral guidance to deter juvenile delinquency, youth violence, self-harming, drug/alcohol use, bullying and gang activity by preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ uncompromisingly.
St Joe Pickle Festival
Awarded $1,500 to be used for kids' activities during the 2023 Pickle Festival in St. Joe, Indiana. The 2023 Festival is schedule for July 13 - 15.
